To all my friends here:- Please Do not Hoard The Keys.
Whenever a giveaway like this happens we all start to hoard a lot of keys. This creates a lot of problem for the persons for whom the giveaways are done. As a very large no of users start collecting the keys the giveaway holder become angry ( they ought to) and start black listing the keys. In the end its a loss for everyone. I suggest that you should only apply for a key if you specifically need it or may be some one you know needs it. Please don't start collecting them only because they are easily available. This is a humble request which may in-turn help all of us here.

Use incognito mode in Chrome and Private Window in Firefox when done close the window which in turn erases all data.Then open a new incognito/private window.

generally speaking you have less than a week to activate those, this applies to other giveaways like bitdefender or etc, as these key are marked as "not for resale use" you cannot ask the support team to (re)activate them (this happened to me in past)

Eset has been known in the past to have a very long shelf life(years) for activation codes.However they have also been know to blacklist activation codes and the activated licenses obtained from these promos.Basically there is no answer,it's a crap shoot.

No, trial license can not be merged with other trial license except those that are paid ones+trial ones

All you do is wait until the first license is close to expiring or expires and activate another code. This can either be done from an activation link which gives you a Username & Password, then entering or from within the program.Technically not merging but same thing either way.
