I wouldn't check for updates "manual" with windows nowadays. You start the check by hand and windows will also deliver you "beta?" updates (called preview) and install them for you. I would let updates be done "automatic" and install a backup software just in case.

I don't think you really need Malwarebytes alongside Eset and Voodoo Shield, the two of them are more than enough.
And too many browser extensions, you should only need one of Malwarebytes Browser Guard, Trafficlight or Norton Safe Web.
Simpler is better my friend.

Do you really need 3 security browser extensions? Do webpages even load with your setup?

None of these are necessary with Edge's Smartscreen.
