I used to chop and change my security config, but find this setup light, effective and minimally intrusive, and I've stuck with it for a while now.
My only self-niggle is that maybe I should turn on UAC, but I feel Emsi's BB, MBAE and WFC cover the relevant bases? Feel free to call me an idiot

Excellent, well-rounded config.

Regarding UAC, it is up to you whether you should enable it or not. If you do choose to enable it, set it to default protection level.
In most cases, having UAC turned off should not negatively impact the overall security of your system, but it wouldn't hurt to have it on either.

Strong configuration, you may add a backup browser just in case your current browser may suffer on some issues.
