Yep, I saw your name mentioned on their forum..."do not allow this member to receive the update" LOL
Even a member mentioned in the other thread he was in the US and hadn't received to update yet, but I had. I'm probably in a different zone, central US , than then he is.

I'm in the central US (CST in IL) yet don't have the 19.7 update available yet.

Connect to your network using a VPN with a configured Finnish exit note. Then manually update F-Secure a couple of times.

You will get the update.

Was unable to access a VPN for Finland, so thought I'd try uninstalling and reinstalling which I recall worked for some previous updates. Unfortunately I'm still seeing v19.6 running.

Automatically received the update to v19.7 this morning.
