It will be a popup from that ads which a chance it can bypassed Ad Block unless you will configure it that one popup. Did you try to scroll down the page if that the one popup follows too?

It probably a fake antivirus. Will be fun to test it in a VM. :p

Although the " alert" looks like it;s from a rogue ...it could also be a strange way of advertising...you know by "deceiving your customers" and acting all rogue-ish..

yep, now, i'm really interest with test like this
just for to share to all ;)
and, for noob users, noob user will get scared or confused when they'll see a alert like this
They should be allowed to close the tab at least.
