Fake windows activation virus

I have tried opening up task manager and ending the process. But a window pops up asking to reconfirm. I check the box that says to get rid of any unsaved changes in order for me to click shut down. Then after it says access is denied.

Please help as I have no idea what else to do.

I've tried installing it on another computer to transfer it over. But windows defender constantly says its malware and prevents me from installing it.

This tool is portable and doesn't require installing. You need to disable windows defender or ignore warning in order to generate reports I need to help you.
