False detection or infected ?

I just installed BD to try out , ran a full scan , it found a malware on

C:\Windows\SystemTemp\UnKIS.vbs

But I don't had seen any signs of infection . Is it a false positive ?

This is what I found from that location , however I was unable to locate UnKIS.vbs as I restarted my pc and the file was not there after the restart .

However, I uploaded UnKIS.reg on virustotal , seems it starts UnKIS.vbs script on startup by adding reg key .

Hello. Did you download or run a Kaspersky uninstaller?

I checked the files uploaded to VT which have the name UnKIS.vbs and all they do is uninstall Kaspersky Total Security.

Yes , I restored my windows from the image made before installation of kaspersky , so I don't think its possible to have leftovers of kaspersky

Restoration does not remove everything. Depending on the settings you used, files may stay intact and only settings or personal files are removed or changed.
The detection is a false positive because the file belongs to Kaspersky Products Remover or kavremover which is provided by Kaspersky Labs themselves.
If you want to you can report the false positive to Bitdefender.
