I personally like to use as much open source software as possible (because I'm extremely paranoid about computer security). I use Greenshot as of now. Open source, can upload screenshots, can edit screenshots with it's own built in editor. I also sometimes go with ShareX which does the same things but seems to have more tools available to use. Both are free obviously.

I could recommend three that I have used.

For the two you have listed, I can only say that I have used Ashampoo Snap and it is very difficult to use.

You can't go wrong with any out of the three, but I use ShareX as it has a wide range of features and due to the fact that it is open source. You can view the features here.

I need more professional. I have Snap 2015 and FastStone Capture 5.3

Just to clarify, professional doesn't always mean it is better. Honestly I don't know what you meant by "I need more professional" but my reply is still valid.

I like Ashampoo Snap, probably one of their best products along with Burning Studio.Ashampoo Snap and or FastStone Capture are good for most peoples needs. However many of the other suggestions as well as open source suggestions are also good.
I imagine it all comes down to your needs as @Huracan pointed out above.

I'm currently playing around with Ashampoo Snap at the moment, do you know how to hide the top menu that shows whenever you hover the mouse over it?

I have been using Faststone Capture for some time, it is cheap, light, portable, and all around useful. I never have issues with it, it just does what it is supposed to.

From the drop down bar click the gears icon to get to settings

Click "Configuration" and then "General" from the drop down menu

Untick "Show capture bar at the screen border" and then click "OK"

Like others have recommended it's ShareX for me too. For a screenshot software, it's a wise decision to go for a freeware one.
