I'm beating my head against the wall trying to get rid of this Malware infection. It's literally taken most of my day trying to get rid of and I've never seen any Malware as persistant to sell me tampons in spanish like this one...

I have followed the guide on how to correctly remove this targeted Malware, up to the last part which is to download HitmanPro which I'm skeptal about downloading. I started off with AdwCleaner, which I've had success in the past using since I had been attacked by BetterSurf Malware. Along the way, I downloaded Avira Antivirus from the official secure site, which quarantined a Regist Key used by OffersWizard and it's file. I then used Malwarebytes and it detected roughly 80+ files (mostly fragments from the BetterSurf Malware and some from other unknown regestries) along side Avira's active protection which detected 2 viruses/Potentinally Harmful files, one of which a Torrant I had no idea I had on the computer. They've all been quarantined by Malwarebytes and Avira, and I'm still trying to figure out how to make sure I'm removing them from the computer, but after another scan and 2 restarts later, my broswer is still showing these popups.

My next course of action is to uninstall Chrome and Reinstall and see if'll elimiate the remains and I can start fresh, but before I do that, I need responses on best course...

As we speak I'm running a scan again with Malwarebytes

UPDATE

I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING. HitmanPro hasn't found anything and I just did a full body scan that took me almost 4 hours to complete with Avria and it detected 3 dormant trojans of which I got rid of and it's still there. I havn't downloaded or done anything for these to be here and I don't know what else to do. Can someone please respond to me with help. I can't do anything with these ads everywhere.

I've uninstalled Chrome and then reinstalled it and it's the same thing. I even clicked on the Ad Options to try and see if they have a turn off button. They do on their site, but it's bogus. You can click it but it won't do anything. I even tried this in IE and it was the same result. They leave a Contact Email but Idk if I should try to click it.

But this is really getting on my nerves and I can't do anything on my broswer until it's gone...

Hi,

Before we begin, I want you to have this in mind:
  • At the top of your post, please click on the "Watch thread" button and make sure to check Watch this thread...and receive email notifications. This will send an email to you as soon as I reply to your topic, allowing me to solve your problem faster.
  • Please do not install any new software during the cleaning process other than the tools I provide for you. This can hinder the cleaning process. Please do not perform System Restore or any other restore.
  • Instructions I give to you are very simple and made for complete beginner to follow. That's why you need to read through my instructions carefully and completely before executing them.
  • Please do not run any tools other than the ones I ask you to, when I ask you to. Some of these tools can be very dangerous if used improperly. Also, if you use a tool that I have not requested you use, it can cause false positives, thereby delaying the complete cleaning of your machine.
  • All tools we use here are completely clean and do not contain any malware. If your antivirus detects them as malicious, please disable your antivirus and then continue.
  • If during the process you run across anything that is not in my instructions, please stop and ask. If any tool is running too much time (few hours), please stop and inform me.
  • I visit forum several times at day, making sure to respond to everyone's topic as fast as possible. But bear in mind that I have private life like everyone and I cannot be here 24/7. So please be patient with me. Also, some infections require less, and some more time to be removed completely, so bear this in mind and be patient.
  • Please stay with me until the end of all steps and procedures and I declare your system clean. Just because there is a lack of symptoms does not indicate a clean machine. If you solved your problem yourself, set aside two minutes to let me know.
  • Please attach all report using
    fjqb1h.png
button below. Doing this, you make it easier for me to analyze and fix your problem.

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatibale with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them.
Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.

  • Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
  • Press Scan button.
  • It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please attach it to your reply.
  • The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply.

Thank you so much for getting back to me, I was literally about to go out of my mind.

I followed your instructions for the first step and here the 2 reports using Farbar.

Do you need the Reports from my previous scannings following your guide on removing OffersWizard?

First, go to Control Panel and uninstall following (skip lines that cannot be uninstalled):
- QuickShare

***** NEXT *****

Download attached fixlist.txt on the same location as FRST (otherwise the fix won't work)
NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to the operating system

Open FRST, and click Fix. Attach me that report after it is finished.

***** NEXT *****

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode and save to your Desktop.

Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
  • Click on the Scan button.
  • After the scan has finished click on the Clean button.

Press OK when asked to close all programs and follow the onscreen prompts.
Press OK again to allow AdwCleaner to restart the computer and complete the removal process.

  • After rebooting, a logfile report (AdwCleaner[S0].txt) will open automatically.
  • Post logfile will also be saved in the C:\AdwCleaner folder.

Part1:
1. It won't allow me to uninstall 'QuickShare.' so I followed your step and skipped what couldn't be uninstalled (I believe it might've been removed prior to posting for help)

2. Downloaded the script and performed the Fix. Reboot was required

3. Report attached

Continuing step with Adwcleaner (I already own the current verison)

UPDATE

Uploaded AdwCleaner Report.
I'm picking up detections from one: superfish.com

No gold...I'm still getting those ads.
The 'Bing' bar isn't rendering anymore, but I'm still getting banner ads, the topright corner 'page turner' ad, a hovering scrol ad at the bottom right with a embeded video and a popup.

Posting by another computer tempoarally..

Is this program really running? or what does it do exactly? I have it opened on my laptop and leaving it alone but it's been stuck on check Input for a while. I was just wondering will it take a long time?

Only clue I have to it working, is that it's automatcally scrolling certain lists down on non-essenial programs. (Messenger, Mail etc since I'm running Win 8.1)

For future protection I can recommend you:
- Adblock --> https://adblockplus.org/en/chrome
- Unchecky --> http://unchecky.com/

The following will implement some post-cleanup procedures:

=> Please download DelFix by Xplode to your Desktop.

Run the tool and check the following boxes below;
checkmark.png
Remove disinfection tools
checkmark.png
Create registry backup
checkmark.png
Purge System Restore

Click Run button and wait a few seconds for the programme completes his work.
At this point all the tools we used here should be gone. Tool will create an report for you (C:\DelFix.txt)

The tool will also record healthy state of registry and make a backup using ERUNT program in %windir%\ERUNT\DelFix
Tool deletes old system restore points and create a fresh system restore point after cleaning.
