Hi,
I am not sure, but now on the laptop any MS office file just opens up with "originalfilename.docx.encrypted" or "originalfilename.xlsx.encrypted" or "originalfilename.pptx.encrypted"

I mean all files are with .encrypted extension and i get a message "failed to open".
Please note that , i am able to create a new word / ppt/ xls documents without any issues.
