Soft Organizer works well, but Reg Organizer's registry cleaner has issue with false positives. As a result, I recommend avoiding it. You usually don't need to clean the registry anyway.

I just realised that this is about File Inspector. I may have used it at some point, but it looks quite good and it wouldn't hurt to try it. I presume that Wise Disk Cleaner would find more junk.
