I think it will be disabled by default if it is finally launched. I even have a feeling that it will not launch on FF 48. :p

Edit: I typed "FF48". It should be "FF 49". 48 is Beta. 49 will supposedly have the feature launched to general public.

I agree in that, FF will not launch this till it tests 101%
This is a big jump for FF and they realize this.
Only one shot to get this right.

Definitely a good move even though it is already late, however the question relies is how to make it performance wise? Which still on the roller coaster stage.

I won't use FF over Chrome until they make it more secure.

Btw, now FF become closer to Chrome with this feature.

Will try it to compare memory usage with Chrome but will not keep it as my main browser. When they decide to make something like chromes appcontainer mode i will consider it.
