New Firefox Edge theme to get the minimalistic look of Microsft Edge in Firefox.
Comes in a light and dark theme and works on Firefox 50.

Firefox Edge is a theme for Mozilla Firefox that closely replicates the look of Microsoft Edge (both light & dark themes) without losing any features of Firefox.
The theme is applied only to the top level visuals, meaning that context, popup etc. menus will keep their default look.

After installing the theme you might need to restart Firefox to correct any visual bugs.

To report any issues or contribute, head to the GitHub page.

Honesty I don't like FF UI. I like its engine and behaviour so I use it over chrome.
Clone in only UI ;).

WARNING FOR FIRFOX USERS (HELLO WE ARE NEARLY TWO DECADES IN 21st CENTURY, PLEASE WAKE UP)
  1. DON'T USE IT ON WINDOWS SYSTEMS IT LACKS A BUILD-IN SANDBOX LIKE EDGE, OPERA AND CHROME (EVEN A BROWSER FROM PREVIOUS CENTURY  LIKE INTERNET EXPLORER HAS A LOW RIGHTS SANDBOX)

  2. WHEN YOU NEED TO USE IT (LIKE SUPPORT FOR DEPRECIATED PLUG-INS  LIKE SILVERLIGHT FOR WATCHING ON DEMAND TV), ADD A SANDBOX OR CONTAINER TO PREVENT SIDE BY SIDE ATTACKS (E.G. SANDBOXIE/RE-HIPS ON WINDOWS OR FIREJAIL/APPARMOR ON LINUX)

Chromium is code base for Chrome without Google "extra's". Chromium is available on Linux as stable version. For privacy/security minded people running windows OS-ses, there are Chromium releases which use same build as stable Chrome: Releases · henrypp/chromium · GitHub (just scroll down to find Chrome release versions).

I use the nosync ZIP version and start Chromium with the command switch --disable-reading-from-canvas on Windows.
