I hope you know about Firefox Security Extension NoScript. Now it is available for mobile Operating Systems(Android and Maemo builds) also. They released the Noscript 3.0a9 version with complete features.

Very nice to see, gonna be lot more additional things needed to come as more and more users are using this tech. It's getting a lot of interest now is this OS from malware writers, read on here or somewhere that's it's not that hard for them to write it either.

Due to a large percent of users not being security/tech savvy they are a casualty waiting to happen sadly.
