You can use Comodo Leak Test with Comodo Firewall and get a 100% score. I wouldn't take these small tests too seriously.

Windows Firewall since Vista/7 has been largely improved. Vendors such as Avira and Trend Micro(?) utilise WF alongside their Antivirus software.

Firewall Leak test is a simulation of possible attacks from malicious hackers to bypass any firewall simulation, and Comodo provide full blown techniques of their firewall meanwhile Windows Firewall from Vista above can be configure with their Maximum Advance security.

Or add tiny tool like Glasswire or Tinywall to enhance the capabilities of WF.

A leak test is just how it sounds. Once something has managed to get into the system, it will try to connect out. The leak test shows leaked outbound connections. By default most firewalls ruleset at default are allowed outbound connections, in Comodo Firewall, you can choose custom, and choose what is allowed outbound. You can also use advanced windows firewall, and create rules outbound. The difference between the two, is that Comodos firewall is more then just a firewall, it includes HIPS and the autosandbox.
