Thats ok but as i said individual rules and such can be discussed so i am open to any suggestion as long the staff can agree on it. Afterall this service will be dedicated to MT and if MT chooses to share sample packs with individual sites then thats ok.
But the main aim for this service is to provide MT with some exclusivity as MT is very active in gathering samples and to many sites are using this hard work without even being a member you see? So lets hear it which sites you have in mind.

Make sure that you keep that list around and when the MT staff talks about it then please make it known to them. So when i recieve the final word and additional questions or options then i will add them. How does that sound?

Question are there any other things you can think off that such system needs? I mean you are doing M-packs alot so what would you like to see? Keep in mind the more info i get the better i can tune the system to everyones needs.

Well 7z and RAR and some other formats will be supported but i just listed RAR to be one the save side.

I voted for the top one about it being a good idea and to do it.
The polls should say who voted what. Then problems like this with not knowing who said what wouldn't occur.
