There is a Free Online Scanner. But Portable malware scanner based on ESET engine I am not aware of it.

Does ESET Online Scanner have any Command-Line features, and can it be added to context menu scanning?

If not, no worries, I haven't found anything along those lines either.

Considering the Online Scanner uses the exact same features of the RT version but has the settings pre-defined by default, there isn't really any command line features but if you look at the actual folder, you will see at least 1 command line app. Perhaps you could modify the executable.

What features you are looking to use with command line?
