So my display pictures for my friends arent showing up, is it a current issue, or am i only experiencing it?

Its not an issue, they prefer not to apply a profile picture so that's why you came across on that look.
 
Oh that's weird, i swore they all had avatars when i was on not long ago, ah well haha :) i feel like an idiot now :P
