My mobile config. I'm old-fashioned and don't don't use my phone for much more than phone calls and WhatsApp.

I like this personalDNSfilter app on my old device. The UI doesn't look good but is easy to use and the app is stable. I replaced blokada which was buggy on that device.

I did exactly the same
personalDNSfilter is much more stable than Blokada on my phone from 2016.

Enabled 2FA with the Microsoft Authenticator app for my Microsoft, Google, Twitter, PayPal and LastPass account.
Added Sophos Intercept X.

Don't see it's battery usage, but for me the screen is 4%, all the rest is less.
Really like its security configuration features for your phone.

Went with built-in protection and added AdGuard for Android

if you have a lastpass account, you can use their 2FA app and all your 2fa accounts will be backed up to your lastpass account. you can restore all your 2fa accounts just by logging in to your lastpass account on any phone, new phone or after a factory data reset. You can also enable 2fa ( with your mobile number as a recover option- you will get the password by sms) for your lastpass account.
