G'day.

I was installing a new theme but when I apply it. It goes all Windows classic style. What's wrong? Is the OS fault?
I am running Win-7 PRO 64-bit SP1 Genuine.

Anyone knows about this issue?

Thanks.

You have to apply Uxtheme Pacther to install third party themes on Windows :)

This software will allow you to use any Windows visual style you want, as it patches the theme files and lets you skip certification validation in Windows.

Thanks :D

Those themes your attempted are came from 3rd party unless default themes which are known for Microsoft publisher.

As Imran post used Uxtheme patcher and make a back up copy in case of problem.

Its a problem of theme's setup, have they provide any patch regarding installation of that theme?

Actually before installing any themes, you need to install the patch installer caused most they will not integrate it.
