There shouldn't be any conflicts between those 2 add ons. Have you got any other add ons installed?

I'd disable all your addons and then re-enable them 1 by 1 to make sure the conflict is definitely between those 2 add ons. If it is, I would recommend contacting the devs of both addons to inform them of the issue and perhaps get a resolution.

HTTPS Everywhere,AdBlock Plus & WOT should run fine together.All of them should run fine together but as ZeroDay stated above fdisable and re-enable them.Look at some other addons,themes,ect.you might have installed

I have eagle get Plugin installed , so when i disable it it smooth scroll is working fine, so should i remove eagle get plugin and ext? But its been a good download manger for videos and and other stuffs!
