You should add un additional safety layer with a good backup/restore plan.
Save your data on external media or on cloud services and preferably create a system image.
As already suggested a very good backup software is Macrium Reflect free or paid.

- i use built in ad block from opera ( use ublock before) and tamper monkey with script

This is not available in Windows 7 SP 1

Enable UAC and consider some type of system and data backup solution.
Both Macrium Reflect & AOMEI Backupper provide very good free backup solutions.
Without UAC & a backup solution you are going to get the dreaded red badge of Risky.

I would recommend setting UAC to always notify, adding HTTPS Everywhere and using a backup solution such as AOMEI Backupper or Macrium Reflect.

Add HTTPS Everywhere, and follow suggestions about backups, it is very important to have a system image backup, in case of infection, crashes, BSODs, etc.
