I prefer using a backup solution but I do like to do a clean install also.
Personally I think CCleaner is more than enough for system optimization.

Will try HTTPS everywhere and add if it suits my browsing habits,
I prefer manual back up than software so that i can select files important to be backed up rather backing everything and sorting afterwards.

I mainly use wise care for shredding and i like wise's one-click cleaning option.

I don't see the point of using Disconnect while their filters can be easily added in uBlock0.
