Why the start in picture 2 is different ?

If you are referring to the shadow effect in the Chrome search bar, then there is nothing wrong. Google is actively testing a new design for Google Search, and they have the habit of showing different layouts to users to see which one they like more.

Ok thank you but oscillates does not remain and start only with the shadow effect in the Chrome search bar
