The stable version of Google’s web browser progressed to build 18.0.1025.142, which is now the same as the beta. The new release is available for all supported platforms, Windows, Mac, Linux and Chrome Frame.
Now that's interesting for version 18 it focus for the Graphics Hardware Acceleration for Older PC's. Which I used the desktop one with low specification and struggles on modern application however since I'm in Linux and one of the distro (Puppy Linux) does not regularly updated for packages so I need to wait if someone package it.
Google Safe Browsing has improved greatly, you can go to MDL and try the non-exe links and most are blocked. The download protection has improved slightly, but not as solid as IE9's SmartScreen.
