Got rid of Disc Antivirus Malware, but lost Explorer

I was able to follow the instructions on the Disc Antivirus Virus, but after going through the Malwarebytes full scan program, found that I cannot get into Internet Explorer, and also my Mircrosoft Security Essentials is indicating my service is stopped. Says "The specified service does not exist as an installed service." Tried multiple dates on system restore, all with no success.

Any help is appreciated, as I am dead in the water...
