Really Graphic Card supporting PCI Express 2.0x16 all are not that much costly so i can afford it.

I can recommend "GeForce GTX 660 Ti",a very good card and can be had for a very reasonable price!
Of course you could go for the "newer" Nvidia cards but the price will be higher

It is a expensive one, Now i think there some which i can't afford.

Okay if that is expensive, you could downgrade to a GeForce GTX 650.

For gaming you really shouldn't go for a "low end", card as it will hamper your gaming experience!
I know you are on a budget, but that extra monetary investment will provide you with more enjoyment!
