Really Graphic Card supporting PCI Express 2.0x16 all are not that much costly so i can afford it.

I can recommend "GeForce GTX 660 Ti",a very good card and can be had for a very reasonable price!
Of course you could go for the "newer" Nvidia cards but the price will be higher

Yes, but it it is "backward compatible"!

Okay if that is expensive, you could downgrade to a GeForce GTX 650.

For gaming you really shouldn't go for a "low end", card as it will hamper your gaming experience!

All PCI-e 3.0 are expensive in India. Can't you suggest the which support only PCI-e 2.0
