Greetings, everyone. I signed up this past Sunday to fix a malware problem on my sister's computer (I use it occasionally, however my personal computer is one I built myself and it purrs like a kitten.). I was so impressed with this community that I intend to be a permanant fixture. I'm pretty tech savvy, but there is always new things to learn (especially malware related).
