Hacking OST file

Is there anyway to hack the OST file from Outlook 2010? I know this OST file is encrypted and only can be read by the account owner. However, I was afraid if somebody with sufficiently skill would be able to break into somebody OST file if he stumbled on that file in local workstation.

How about Administrator, would he be able to read someone's OST?

My company running Windows 7 and Exchange Server 2010 as the mail server.

It seems this tool scans OST file and displays its entire content including emails, calendar items, notes, contacts, etc.
