Agree with @aragornnnn ... Don't know what Wise Care is entirely but I find CCleaner to be a good system optimization program.

Consider replacing GAM with Zemana and maybe add an additional on demand scanner
Consider using uBlock origin Chrome & FF along with HTTPS Everywhere.

i'm using Super AntiSpyware in my system and scan it every 2 weeks.
