Hantol PSU: Fake PFC Made of Cement

We discovered that power supplies from Hantol have a fake PFC coil, where the coil is made out of cement (yes, cement), so the power supply feels heavy. See the pictures and help us expose this fraud.

Wow. That is just, idiotic or just a one time occurrence. I think I need more evidence to believe it.

This is the second time I see, so I believe what's written. The first one was theat give wrong spec to the psu - it has much higher spec than it could handle and it according to themselves the psu was 80 plus silver certificate but the company is not shown on the offical homepage.

In general you should stay away from unknown brands especially if it's something that has the ability to catch on fire or blow up. Found that out the hard way.
