Congrats on the new mobile.

I have only owned one Samsung "S21 ultra" i loved everything about the phone except the One UI and all the bloat that came preinstalled. The hardware was top notch, the camera system was one of the best i have ever used on a mobile besides my "Nokia 9 Purview" which was the utlimate photography phone. I found samsungs tend to slow way down after some use even with powerful hardware, mostly due to the bloat, if you stream line it, im sure you will be satisfied for some time to come.

Congrats of the new phone. My provider also gave me a very good deal for this phone with my contract renewal coming soon but I read online that some people complain about lag when opening applications. Do you notice any lag with the phone or just early issues that are already fixed?

I'm not noticing any lag, but You have to think this is a mid-range device

my mother has this same phone

A54 pros are very good quality display + 5/6 years of security updates , patch coming every month

cons are samsung own apps + oneui might be bit laggy sometimes

But in overall its very good phone and worth buying
