how to send hash files (MD5-SHA256..) to Avast Labs ?

You can't submit hashes to virustotal. If the file is already scanned before in virustotal then you can search for the file if you know the hash, if it's never been scanned before then you'd have to upload the file manually. For finding hashes of any file I use an easy method. I have 7zip installed on my PC and if you do so then right click on any file and there would be an option of "CRC SHA" and from there you can see the hashes.
