Advice Request Heimdal license and reinstall OS

Found this and because I regularly update my OS and try new things I will have to contact the support often.
What is your experience with this thing, do they response quickly?

Their customer service is very nice and one of the fastest. I contact them and they respond withing one hour. I have contacted them regarding the right-scan issue but they are still investigating the issue. Regarding license activation, I believe they will help you in no time.
