Hello all. Hope to help with unwanted searcher (Rusearcher.ru) in Chrome

Hi, All! I joined because I cannot get rid of an unwanted searcher in my Google Chrome browser.

Any search calls "rusearcher dot com" and the it redirects to go mail ru as the final search engine.

All attempts to clean it myself or ask for an advice from Kaspersky antivirus lab which I use as an antivirus or hire a local "expert" failed. Hopefully I get help here.
