Hello and Help

Hi All,
So glad to be in a place where I can get help with computer troubles. Got one now. Browsers (both MS and Forefox) infected with re-direct virus that is driving me crazy. I tried installing new version of Malware, but got glitch. It says I have to remove version 1.x, but when I try to do that there is ONE part of the program that refuses to delete!

Can anyone advise me on how to handle this?
