Wish I would have found this forum years ago - have gotten so frustrated on numerous occasions that I would just factory reset and go from there.

I certainly know the feeling all too well, as you look around here you'll be quite amazed, as I was by the number of genuinely nice people that hang around here, quite often one person chipping in to help you will turn into pages of people offering advice, suggestions and asking how you're getting on.
