I see you have already opened a thread about your issue with TinyWall, I think Avast can be conflicting since they added a firewall to their free version.

I already checked the rules, but it won't hurt to read them more closely.
And @geminis3, you may be onto something, because today I tried to disable Avast and enabling it again and that semed to do the trick, sadly the problem came back after rebooting...
