Welcome to the forum! It's great to hear about your upcoming project. I recommend checking out the 'Cybersecurity Resources' section of our forum for training links and documents. For requirement gathering tips, the 'Project Management' section would be useful. Don't hesitate to ask any specific questions you might have. Good luck!

Welcome to the forum! Congrats on the new project! For cybersecurity resiliency, I'd recommend starting with resources from NIST and SANS for frameworks and best practices. The CISSP certification can also provide a good overview. Cybrary and Pluralsight have great courses for training. For requirement gathering, focus on risk assessments and incident response plans. Good luck, and feel free to ask more questions here!

For job or academic project?

As Project Manager exactly what will you be accountable and responsible for in the Role?

Are you an IT professional that is assuming a Project Manager role or are you a generic Project Manager?

As Project Manager, have you ever managed IT or security projects?

I am new to it. Pl. suggest me any training links, documents, requirement gathering tips etc which can help me.
If it is for a job, then how did you get the role without being qualified for it?

These are all very solid resources, but they will only help someone with experience. It seems from OP that they are in over their heads as opposed to asking for general guidance.

The learning curve is going to be steep.
