I am from Sweden and work with techinal support behind phone against 2 companies, the users can call in about any problems and we have to help them everything from malware to reinstallation of Office, not very advanced though, and the companies we work for use "Microsoft Security Essentials" and it sucks ****.
Sometimes a few users manage to get different malware combined with ad-ware on their computers, if the user is an older one they somehow manage to ger more complex threaths on their computers.
My usual tip when a computer get infected is to run AdwCleaner + MBAM together.
Thanks to this forum, I have been able to help plenty of users on my work!
