Found this website while trying to build knowledge of tools, to build a consistent Adware/PUP removal processes for my company.
I am from a network/unix security background but not as well educated on the aspects of malware removal in windows where we have tended to just throw our commercial tools at the problem (or just go straight to re-image)
I'm also interested in what is (consensus) thought best practice tools for "Host" protection against Malware. There being so much "snake oil"/options out there.
Very impressed with the level of the Information I have seen so far on the forum, and thought it should join
