I recently found this forum, seems a good community and a great place to learn.
I've been interested in malware since my school days where the first virus I encountered was on the Acorn Archimedes in the 90's!
I've been fascinated with programming and reverse engineering ever since. I never considered taking it up as a career unfortunately, so I never went on to study computer science or anything formally. Trying to learn more has been a hobby of mine, I don't claim to have a specialist area of knowledge, more of a smattering of programming languages and some assembly, debugging etc!
Really interested to get a look at some of the samples on a VM to see how they're doing it these days.
