help me identify ransomware

Hello,
I have some trouble identify a ransomware virus, as you can see in picture, some files are infected i believe with tesla v2, but others are with random name and random extension, as far the tesla rensom goes i alredy decrypt some files with Tesla Decoder.
I can't find what type of rensom that is, and if their is a way to decrypte files.
I realy appreciate any help!
