im having trouble with my pc i think i might be a victim of a trojan or a 0 day attack im not sure please help

the issues ive had is visiting a few sites its blacklisted my ip saying its used for spamming and viruses etc

also had captcha codes appear on my guilds warcraft website which is a .enjin domain before i could enter the website and never had that before
