Help Removing BestSearch.AI

Recently Every time I search something in Microsoft edge I am redirected to BestSearch.Ai and my computer has been very slow recently and eating up crazy amounts of recourses when just idle.

I have scanned with Malwarebytes, Spyhunter 5, Hitman Pro and none of them say I am infected. Hitman Pro though did say RTKVHD64,sys was suspicious and could be a virus since it was hidden from all my processes

Please download the attached Fixlist.txt file to the same folder where the Farbar tool is running from.
The location is listed in the 3rd line of the FRST.txt log you have submitted.

Run FRST and click Fix only once and wait.

The Computer will restart when the fix is completed.

It will create a log (Fixlog.txt) please post it to your reply.
