It just feels as if there is a virus etc on this device - Shows a exe.*32 in programs list - On sites such as Glogster for homework it always states to upgrade Flash but it never works after up dating - on all three browser programs as listed below - or after deleting from PC and reinstalling - At times other websites with any browser Explorer, Chrome or Firefox will flash or blink non stop but never open - My daughter is 10 and has a bad habit of downloading the latest game etc... I am positive there are numerous issues with this device due to those programs and sites however I have been unable to fix anything myself to date. This is the only PC in the house we use for everything including streaming Netflix due to our limited budget. My main concern is she has been unable to use Glogster to complete a massive homework assignment this week. It also has Bing which I have also been unable to remove.... HELP. Single Mama with homework frustration....
Tried to upload a copy of the print screen for the Glogster page but file too big
Glogster worked about 1 to 1.5 weeks ago..

Helllo,

Before we begin, please note the following:
  • I will working be on your Malware issues, this may or may not, solve other issues you have with your machine.
  • The logs can take some time to research, so please be patient with me.
  • Stay with the topic until I tell you that your system is clean. Missing symptoms does not mean that everything is okay.
  • Instructions that I give are for your system only!
  • Please do not run any tools until requested ! The reason for this is so I know what is going on with the machine at any time. Some programs can interfere with others and hamper the recovery process.
  • Please perform all steps in the order received. If you can't understand something don't hesitate to ask.
  • Again I would like to remind you to make no further changes to your computer unless I direct you to do so. I will not help you if you do not follow my instructions.
