I am positive there are numerous issues with this device due to those programs and sites however I have been unable to fix anything myself to date. This is the only PC in the house we use for everything including streaming Netflix due to our limited budget. My main concern is she has been unable to use Glogster to complete a massive homework assignment this week. It also has Bing which I have also been unable to remove.... HELP.
