Troubleshoot (Help) "StorLib Bus (Virtual Storage Support) Windows cannot start this hardware" Error

Hello All!!! I have a problem that I need help with, STAT!

Received this error code: StorLib Bus (Virtual Storage Support)Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

Can anyone help and explain whats going on?

Hello,
What operating system are you using? Did you try to do a System Restore?
Alternatively, you can restart the computer in Safe Mode, and then select Last Known Good Configuration. This rolls back to the most recent successful registry configuration.

Hi Jack,
Thank you for responding. I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate, and no I have not tried a system restore. But I will now. I should add that I did have a new storage drive installed, could that be the issue?
