I'm talking to myself right now because I know the hacker is listening to my phone and I'm still watching messages on my computer on YouTube. Is that really all it is?

I can't send the FRST file
We start with a computer 2 ..! Please follow the following instruction ..:

Download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop. --> IMPORTANT

If your antivirus software detects the tool as malicious, it’s safe to allow FRST to run. It is a false-positive detection.
If English is not your primary language, right click on FRST.exe/FRST64.exe and rename to FRSTEnglish.exe/FRST64English.exe

Note
: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.
  • Double-click the FRST icon to run the tool. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
  • Press Scan button and wait for a while.
  • The scanner will produced two logs on your Desktop: FRST.txt and Addition.txt.
  • Please attach the content of these two logs in your next reply.

In your next reply, please include:
  • FRST.txt
  • Addition.txt

I'm talking to myself right now because I know the hacker is listening to my phone and I'm still watching messages on my computer on YouTube. Is that really all it is?

In the logs for the first computer, no active infections are visible..!

I leave this here more as a test because I know that the hacker knows my credentials and I plan to change my name but for that I need proof, I have not yet detected the virus or know how he does it, I decided to trust if I had really managed to free myself from the hacker, I read in stack exchange that a router cannot infect a laptop due to how different the operating system types are, so what I tried to connect it to the gl flint but not before configuring the router online, when connecting it to the internet was to download malwarebytes and configure the firewall but after a while I noticed something strange in the laptop that I thought was not infected because they come with an operating system, I entered youtube which is where this hacker sends subliminal messages like threats, things I said or to improve my voice when speaking in front of the cell phone, this so that you have an indication that if you are listening to me, I also configured the router's vpn but for some reason the vpn did not work, I entered youtube and found more direct subliminal messages, and more often. I've been trying to escape this hacker for almost a year, but I haven't been able to do anything. I also have no technical knowledge, so it's likely the hacker thinks I have no one to turn to for help or nothing to do to escape him.

what i did exactly was, do a reset to the router (askey RTF8115VM) that the isp gives you, after that was to use the laptop with the router (gl flint ax1800) to configure a new password, in the router the option to deactivate the ipv6 did not appear, I assumed it was because it was not in the router firmware, after that the new laptop that I bought was the only thing that connected at that time, the first thing I did was download malwarebytes, I think I should have configured the browser I used (chrome), after that the router was updated, first I saw my ip, everything was fine up to here, after a while, I checked my ip again and saw that my ip had changed city and address, I began to suspect. I updated everything, I had the malwarebytes firewall. And even after all that I continued seeing those messages. I don't know if I should have entered YouTube immediately after connecting to the Internet. I don't know why the IPv6 option didn't appear, and even so, when I saw my IP address, the IPv6 address also appeared, starting with 2001.

After icotonev told me that it hadn't detected any logs on my system, I assumed that everything would be fine. I went to YouTube, watched some things, searched for some because I doubted if the virus had really disappeared, and while I was scrolling, a video appeared that I hadn't seen but had already been seen up to 10:35.

This happened yesterday, but I didn't give it importance because at this point anything I see I can take it as a message since I've been dealing with this guy for too long but right now I'm fed up and I want to know how to get him out of my computer, I started to believe that he had people in my city who help him, or that the internet provider itself is infected because as I said, I went to internet cafes to download installers and I saw the same messages and I feared that the USBs they were using were already infected

At least I would like to know how to safely free myself from the hacker, if it is by paying another internet provider and buying another computer, I did it but it did not work, another piece of information I should give is that both in the cybercafes I visited and at my house, it is the same internet service provider, Movistar

Here's our last step to keep in mind:

KpRm by Kernel-panik
  • Download KpRm and save it to your Desktop (see here if you must use Chrome)
Note: If the file is detected as malware it is not and it is safe to download. The detection is a false positive.
  • Right click on the icon and select Run as administrator
  • Click Yes on the Disclaimer
  • Place a check mark in Delete Tools, Create Restore Point, and Delete now
  • Click Run
  • Click OK on All operations are completed
  • KpRm will delete itself from you Desktop and you can either save or remove the report that is generated
  • You are free to remove any other tools/reports still remaining
  • Please copy and paste its contents in your next reply.
